In a strategic move, global investment group Accolade, in conjunction with Conseq, has acquired a build-to-suit (BTS) warehouse facility from developer 7R. The facility, known as 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I, is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland.
The asset, spanning over 20,000 square meters, has been specifically designed to cater to Aluprof's core operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. The building, developed to meet Aluprof's functional and technological specifications, ensures top efficiency, a modern, safe working environment, and supports the company's growth ambitions.
Aluprof, part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, is a significant European supplier of aluminium systems used in windows, doors, façades, roller shutters, and sunshades. Operating in over 50 markets worldwide, Aluprof employs almost 3,000 people and has production facilities in Poland and abroad.
The legal aspects of the transaction were expertly handled by Norton Rose Fulbright, a global legal advisor. The Warsaw-based team, led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, advised Accolade and Conseq on both the acquisition and transactional clearance aspects. Meanwhile, 7R was advised by SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska during the sale transaction.
Accolade's portfolio includes 62 industrial parks across eight countries, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The acquisition of the BTS warehouse facility in Bielsko-Biała West I further strengthens Accolade's commitment to investing in sustainable and efficient industrial infrastructure across Central Europe.
