In a significant move, a partnership between Accolade and Conseq has acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility, a custom-built property designed specifically for Aluprof, a leading European manufacturer of aluminium systems. The asset, spanning over 20,000 square metres, is fully leased to Aluprof and offers ample space for production, warehousing, manufacturing, and office operations.

The building, located in Poland, boasts a BREEAM certification at the Very Good level and is designed to meet Aluprof's core operational needs. It ensures operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment, making it an ideal fit for Aluprof's operations.

Parties Involved

  • The seller and developer of the property, 7R, was advised by the Polish law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska.
  • The buyers, Accolade (a European industrial real estate investor focused on sustainable infrastructure with a portfolio of 62 industrial parks across eight countries) and Conseq, were advised by the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. The Warsaw team, led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, assisted with the legal and clearance aspects of the transaction.
  • The tenant, Aluprof, is part of Grupa Kęty S.A., operating in over 50 markets worldwide and employing almost 3,000 people.
