Historic Building Casa Deffeyes Back on the Market in Aosta
After several unsuccessful attempts to find a new owner, the historic building known as Casa Deffeyes in Aosta is once again up for sale. The municipal property, located on Via Croce di città, has been a subject of interest for preservation and development efforts for many years.
Originally acquired by the municipality in 1998, the building was intended to serve as the headquarters of associations and to aid in the recovery of the Tourneuve park area. However, despite these plans, Casa Deffeyes has remained abandoned for decades, having previously served as the headquarters of the Italian Alpine Club.
