Appointment of Emily Graham as Chief Officer for Equity and Impact within Omnicom

Emily Graham, a seasoned diversity and inclusion professional, has been appointed as the new senior vice president of diversity and inclusion communications at Omnicom, a leading global advertising and marketing company. In her new role, she will also take on responsibilities in equity and impact.

Graham's extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, particularly in her previous role as the chief diversity and inclusion officer at PR giant FleishmanHillard, is expected to provide a unique perspective on these issues within the communications industry. Notably, she led a global task force at FleishmanHillard that accelerated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) as a business priority across the firm's 2,500-person network.

Prior to her role at FleishmanHillard, Graham held various other positions within the agency, which is owned by Omnicom. This familiarity with the company structure may have played a role in her appointment as Omnicom's chief equity and impact officer.

Graham's new role at Omnicom sees her taking over the duties previously held by Tiffany R. Warren, who left her position as Omnicom's senior vice president and chief diversity officer earlier this year. Warren has since taken on a similar position at Sony Music Group.

Graham's leadership at FleishmanHillard demonstrated her ability to drive DE&I initiatives within a large organization. Her experience at the agency may also contribute to her responsibilities at Omnicom, particularly in terms of communications and promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.

In her new role, Graham will be responsible for overseeing diversity and inclusion communications at Omnicom, with a focus on equity and impact. Her appointment is a significant step in Omnicom's commitment to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
