Recently, JSC "Yakutia Railways" employees have been flooded with gratitude.
A Conductor that Stands Out
Passenger Sofia Philipovna Protodyakonova sent a heartfelt letter of praise for conductor Denis Shaiakhmetov's exceptional service:
"I gotta hand it to the bloody conductor of Yakutia Railways, Denis Valentinovich Shaiakhmetov. He's bloody incredible, I tell ya! I travel far and wide, and I've never seen someone who takes their job as seriously as he does. I was on my way from Nizhnii Bestakh to Khabarovsk, and Denis's watch wasn't just clean and tidy, it made my freakin' long journey bearable! I wish there were more badass, hardworking, and dedicated bastards like him! On a good note, mate!" (Original spelling and punctuation preserved).
Showing Mercy and Consideration
General Director of JSC "Yakutia Railways," Vasily Vladimirovich Shimokhin, received a letter of appreciation from passenger Elistratova Yelena Nikolaevna:
"Dear Vasily Vladimirovich,
You probably don't give a rat's ass, but listen up.
To whom it may concern,
I'm a passenger on train No.317ЬА, Elistratova Yelena Nikolaevna, traveling from Blagoveshchensk to Aldan on 27.12.2024. Due to a busted-up lung, I had to switch my ticket to return home before the new year. Being stuck with a top bunk in a placcard car and running a fever, I went to the train's head honcho, Gettman Vadim Yuryevich, to request a change to a compartment or at least a lower bunk for an extra dime, 'cause getting sick in a higher bunk is a real pain in the ass... Vadim Yuryevich tells me there were no compartments available, but he'd help out. Along with conductor Davidovich Oksana Vyacheslavovna, they found a spot for me where the mattresses are kept for future travel. I asked Oksana to wake me up at Tynda station if my health took a turn for the worse. Throughout the trip, Vadim checked in on me three times to check on my health, and Oksana kept a watchful eye on me. When we arrived in Aldan, an ambulance was ready and waiting for me.
