Audi India Announces Extensive After-Sales Service Packages for New and Existing Customers

Audi India has recently unveiled a comprehensive after-sales service package aimed at enhancing the post-purchase ownership experience. The package includes a 10-year extended warranty and a 15-year Roadside Assistance (RSA) program, available for all Audi models in India.

10-Year Extended Warranty Details

The extended warranty, which covers manufacturing defects, is valid for up to 10 years from the date of sale. Customers can opt for extensions in 1-year or 2-year increments, extending the protection up to 200,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.

New customers are eligible for the extended warranty immediately upon purchase, while existing customers can upgrade based on their vehicle's current warranty status and age, typically before the existing warranty expires. The warranty extensions match the standard manufacturer's warranty coverage and conditions.

15-Year Roadside Assistance (RSA) Program Details

The upgraded RSA program offers 24/7 emergency support across Indian national and state highways, as well as other roads within the mainland. The services included are emergency breakdown support, towing to the nearest authorised Audi workshop, battery jump-start assistance, tyre repair/replacement, fuel delivery up to 10 litres (customer pays for the fuel), spare key delivery, lockout assistance, technical help for minor mechanical or electrical issues on-site, hotel accommodation if repairs take longer than 72 hours and the customer is more than 100 km from home, and WhatsApp-based service requests.

The RSA program pricing ranges from approximately ₹3,999 to ₹8,000, depending on the vehicle's age and the duration of coverage selected by the customer. Additional features include real-time updates every 30 minutes during breakdowns, protective body covers during service, complimentary refreshments for passengers, and email notifications alerting the nearest dealership during breakdowns.

Eligibility for Both Programs

New customers are eligible immediately at purchase for both extended warranty and RSA programs. Existing customers can upgrade or purchase extended warranty and RSA coverage based on their Audi vehicle’s age and existing warranty coverage, typically before the current warranty expires.
