Ayvens Secures Deal with Stellantis for 500,000 Vehicles by 2026
Ayvens, a newly established fleet management company, has signed a significant agreement with Stellantis. The company, formed in May 2023 through the merger of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, operates a vast fleet of 3.4 million vehicles. This deal, worth billions of euros, is set to supply Ayvens with up to 500,000 cars across Europe by 2026.
The agreement, signed in June 2023, allows Ayvens to purchase a wide range of vehicles from Stellantis. This includes city cars, SUVs, and both 7- and 9-seat vans, catering to diverse fleet needs. Notably, electric vehicles are also part of the deal, reflecting Ayvens' commitment to sustainability.
This is Stellantis' second major vehicle purchase commitment this year. In January, they signed a similar agreement with Sixt. The first deliveries under the Ayvens deal are expected to start in the first half of 2024. The agreement offers flexibility, with order quantities and delivery dates adjustable based on Ayvens' fleet requirements and market demand.
Ayvens' establishment in May 2023 marked a significant event in the fleet management industry. The recent agreement with Stellantis, involving a substantial number of cars, further solidifies Ayvens' position. This deal not only expands Ayvens' fleet but also demonstrates Stellantis' commitment to supplying the fleet market.
