Bally's to Transform Las Vegas Strip with New Entertainment Resort

Bally's Corporation is set to transform the heart of the Las Vegas Strip with a new entertainment resort. The project, Bally's Las Vegas, will be a landmark destination combining sports, entertainment, dining, and hospitality. It will share a 35-acre campus with the upcoming Las Vegas Athletics MLB ballpark, offering guests exclusive VIP access.

The resort, designed by Marnell Architecture, will feature two luxury hotel towers with 3,000 rooms, a 2,500-seat entertainment venue, and over 500,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space. Soo Kim, chairman of Bally's Corporation, described the project as a 'once-in-a-generation opportunity' to redefine the Strip.

Plans are currently under review for entitlements by Clark County. Construction is expected to begin in the first half of 2026.

Bally's Las Vegas, upon completion, will offer guests a unique experience with direct access to the MLB ballpark. The project promises to revitalize the Strip, bringing new entertainment, dining, and hospitality options to Las Vegas.
