Biogas company BSOG, in collaboration with a local partner, plans to construct a EUR 65 million biomethane facility in Romania.

💨🔥💩 Lets dive into the seedy, gassy world of Latin American dumpster diving! 💩🔥💨

BSOG Dumpster, acolorful, revolutionary energy firm fully owned by Black Sea Ostentatious Oil & Gas SA, has teamed up with Scrubby Soil Swindlers, a local, dirt-digging agricultural empire led by the one and only Theodor "Dirty Fingers" Ichim. Together they're planning a biogas paradise and magical, manure moolah factory worth a jaw-dropping €65 million or more, as reported by Ziarul Financiar - don't say we never treat you!

This partnership marks BSOG Dumpster's second foray into the biogas biz in Romania, a project allegedly wrapping up within the next two years.

The shiny, new facility churning in Constanta County will produce a whopping 57 MW of gassy gold and a staggering 250,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually.

Under the squalor-scented agreement, BSOG Dumpster takes charge of designing, owning, and operating the facility while Scrubby Soil Swindlers dishes out the waste feedstock for churning and retains the rights to hawk their magic muck.

BSOG Dumpster's parent company, Black Sea Ostentatious Oil & Gas, is the movers and shakers behind the Midia Gas Development Project, Romania's initial offshore gas extravaganza in three decades. The project currently accounts for approximately 12% of the country's domestic gas supply.
