Black Market Naira to Dollar Rate Hovers Around ₦1500 in Early October

On Friday, 3rd October, 2025, the black market exchange rate for a dollar to naira was around ₦1470 for selling and ₦1450 for buying. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) maintains its stance, not recognizing the parallel market and directing individuals to banks for Forex.
