boosts its dominant market position with the sale of close to 10,000 assets in the initial half of the year by Hipoges
In the dynamic world of real estate, Hipoges stands out as a trailblazer in Southern Europe. The company has consistently brought thousands of assets to the market, establishing itself as a benchmark in the industry.
With an asset portfolio worth over €48 billion, Hipoges manages properties across Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Italy. This expansive portfolio includes over 160 portfolios globally, a testament to the company's wide-reaching influence.
Hipoges has not only focused on asset acquisition but also on managing the debt associated with over 190,000 mortgage loans. This commitment to comprehensive service delivery is evident in their top-tier offerings, which cater to the entire life cycle of a real estate asset.
The company's growth strategy extends beyond its current footprint. Hipoges is actively exploring inorganic growth opportunities in the Greek market, aiming to achieve double-digit organic growth in the coming years. This ambition is backed by the company's recent progress in its consolidation strategy in Greece, which has included capital raising, strengthening relationships, and executing several acquisitions of Non-Performing Exposure (NPE) portfolios.
In Italy, Hipoges has integrated its affiliate Axis SPA, now operating as Hipoges SPA. This integration includes the in-house law firm Axis Law, now Hipoges Law. As part of this strategic plan, a dedicated Real Estate division has been launched to seize market opportunities and expand business lines in Italy.
Meanwhile, other companies within the Hipoges group are also making strides. Finprop Capital has launched new funds and entered the Spanish market, while Finanwin has processed over 10,000 financing applications, referring operations worth nearly €20 million in mortgage debt to its partner financial institutions.
Domus RS, another group company, has unveiled a new strategic plan aimed at consolidating its presence in Spain and expanding in Portugal. The goal is to exceed 18,000 assets under management with a portfolio value between €2.5 and €3 billion.
KPI Hotel Management, another arm of the Hipoges group, has signed an exclusive agreement with NextGen Sports to manage hospitality assets integrated into sports complexes across several countries.
The strong housing demand, urban development opportunities, and growing interest in tertiary assets are reflected in Hipoges' sales distribution. The majority of the sales by Hipoges were in the residential segment, followed by land and commercial assets.
Margarida Maia, General Manager at Hipoges, stated that the company's results confirm its delivery of top-tier services. With its strategic plans, expansions, and acquisitions, Hipoges continues to set the pace in Southern Europe's real estate market.
