Bridgeline Digital Reports Q3 2025 Earnings: Revenue Dips Slightly, Subscription ARR Grows
Bridgeline Digital Inc. (BLIN) has announced a slight decline in revenue for Q3 2025, with total revenue falling to $3.8 million from $3.9 million year-over-year. The company reported a net loss of $0.8 million for the quarter. Despite the revenue dip, Bridgeline's strong financial position is evident, with a healthy balance sheet boasting more cash than debt.
The decline in revenue was partly offset by a 4% growth in subscription and licenses revenue, which reached $3.1 million. Services revenue, on the other hand, dropped to $0.7 million. During the earnings call, CEO Ari Khan highlighted strong contract bookings of $1.7 million for the quarter, adding $600,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), with year-to-date bookings reaching $6 million and over $2 million in ARR. Revenue from core products showed double-digit growth, fueled by HawkSearch, along with onboarding more than 20 new customers and selling over 30 licenses in the quarter.
Bridgeline's stock saw a 2.66% decline during regular hours but modest aftermarket gains following the earnings release. The overall narrative is of a company facing moderate revenue pressure partly offset by growth in subscription ARR and strong product positioning with HawkSearch.
