Chart Industries Wins Bechtel Award for Sempra's Port Arthur LNG Phase 2
Chart Industries, a leading provider of engineered equipment, has been honoured with an award from Bechtel Energy Inc. The recognition came in the third quarter of 2025, marking a significant milestone for the company. John Walsh, Senior Vice President of Investor and Government Relations at Chart Industries, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
The award-winning project is the Sempra Infrastructure's Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 development in Jefferson County, Texas. Chart Industries will supply a range of critical equipment, including air-cooled heat exchangers, brazed aluminum heat exchangers, and cold boxes. This is not the first time Chart has been involved in the Port Arthur LNG project. The company previously supplied equipment for Phase 1, demonstrating its continued commitment to the project's success.
