Condon Claims Management Bolsters U.S. Presence with Marine Claims Associates Acquisition
Condon Claims Management, a UK-based firm and part of the Thomas Miller Group, has bolstered its U.S. presence by acquiring Marine Claims Associates LLC. The deal, which took effect immediately, sees the Marine Claims Associates team now operating under the Condon Claims Management banner.
Condon Claims Management, a leading provider of claims administration for the shipping industry, offers services including claims processing, investigation, and resolution. The company, headquartered in the UK, has expanded its U.S. footprint with this acquisition. The Marine Claims Associates team, based in New Bedford, Massachusetts, will now join Condon's existing U.S. offices in Mandeville and Lafayette, Louisiana; Miami, Florida; and Houston, Texas.
Condon Claims Management partners with a wide range of clients, including insurers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators. This acquisition is set to strengthen its service offerings and geographical reach in the U.S. market.
The acquisition of Marine Claims Associates by Condon Claims Management is complete, with the team now operating under the Condon brand. This move is expected to enhance Condon's U.S. services and further cement its position as a key player in the shipping industry's claims administration sector.
