Constructing 18 residential buildings in Aldan
In the heart of Yakutia, the city of Aldan is set to undergo a significant transformation. The "Yakutia Railways" company has announced plans for a comprehensive territorial development project on Komarova Street, which includes the construction of 18 multi-family homes with a total area of 36,000 square meters.
The project, slated to begin this year and continue until 2029, will see the construction of the first three houses in 2026. From 2027, another ten houses are planned, with five more scheduled for the following year.
A key aspect of this development is the construction of a school and a kindergarten, both designed to accommodate 450 and 240 students respectively. These educational facilities will feature a swimming pool and are expected to be operational by 2027.
The "AldaNgaz" enterprise's boiler house will provide heating for the new buildings, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment for the residents and students.
The project also includes the landscaping of an embankment, which will be transformed into a square dedicated to the discoverers of Aldan's gold in 1923.
The design of the warm multi-level parking lot in the project will be developed by the "Snow" architecture team, ensuring a modern and functional parking solution for the growing community.
It is important to note that while the project details and specific completion dates are not yet publicly available, the development is a significant step towards the growth and modernisation of Aldan. For precise project details, official timelines, or status reports, it may be necessary to consult official Yakutia Railways publications, local government announcements, or regional construction and development news outlets.
Aldan's strategic location on major regional transport routes, including the Amur–Yakutsk Mainline railway and A360 Lena Highway, with ongoing upgrades and expansions aimed at connecting Yakutsk and other parts of Eastern Siberia, further enhances the city's potential for growth and development.
This ambitious project promises to bring a new lease of life to Aldan, providing modern housing, educational facilities, and amenities for its residents, and contributing to the overall development of Yakutia.
Investors looking at business opportunities in Yakutia might find the ongoing development project in Aldan particularly attractive, as it includes constructing 18 multi-family homes and educational facilities, totaling 36,000 square meters, beginning in 2026 and continuing until 2029. This real-estate development, centered on Komarova Street, is planned to boost the finance sector in Aldan and broader Yakutia by offering modern housing and essential amenities.
