Corporate Equality Index 2020 assigns highest ranking to our brand name
Kraft Heinz Achieves 100 Percent Score on Corporate Equality Index
Kraft Heinz has been recognised as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality, scoring a perfect 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
The CEI evaluates and analyses LGBTQ-related policies and practices of hundreds of companies, looking at nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, and public engagement.
"We are proud to be recognised for our commitment to building a globally inclusive workplace that supports people of all backgrounds," said Damien Hooper-Campbell, Chief Diversity Officer at Kraft Heinz. "Achieving this level of recognition takes dedication."
Kraft Heinz's efforts in satisfying all of CEI's criteria have earned the company a prestigious designation. The brand joins 1,059 major U.S. businesses that are advancing the cause of LGBTQ inclusion and LGBTQ-friendly work policies.
Many of these companies, including Kraft Heinz, are advocating for the LGBTQ community and equality under the law in public spaces. HRC President Alphonso David stated that protecting LGBTQ employees and customers from discrimination is both the right thing to do and the best business decision for these companies.
Visiting Kraft Heinz's diversity and inclusion page provides information about the brand's efforts to foster LGBTQ equality in the workplace and other diversity initiatives. The page showcases the company's dedication to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Kraft Heinz's perfect score on the CEI is a testament to the brand's commitment to equality and inclusion. As the brand continues to grow and evolve, it remains dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion for all.
