Darryll Marshall, a seasoned Private Equity Finance Attorney, has joined Vedder Price's Chicago office.
Daryll Marshall, an accomplished lawyer with over 25 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate law, has joined Vedder Price as a Shareholder in their Chicago office. Marshall will be a valuable addition to the firm, according to Michael A. Nemeroff, President and CEO of Vedder Price.
Marshall's expertise lies in private equity finance, where he has represented both lenders and borrowers. He has led complex financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, and senior and subordinated lending transactions. Other areas of focus for Marshall include recapitalizations and portfolio restructuring transactions.
Marshall's diverse experience spans across various business sectors, including technology, apparel, transportation, automotive, and energy. At Vedder Price, he will continue to work on leveraged buyout financings for acquisitions, leveraging his skills to benefit the firm's clients.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Marshall served as Chair of Private Equity/Corporate Finance at Benesch in Chicago. His addition to Vedder Price significantly enhances their capabilities for leveraged finance representation to private equity clients, Nemeroff stated.
Marshall obtained his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He will join Vedder Price's Finance & Transactions group.
