In a significant move to strengthen its position as a global business hub, Dubai Chambers has launched Dubai Hub London, its first international centre, in the heart of the UK capital. Operated by Al Burj Holding as an official government service outsourcing centre, Dubai Hub London is designed to provide a one-stop platform for integrated government and private sector services, aimed at supporting foreign investors and companies seeking to expand into Dubai.

Dubai Hub London will host representatives from Dubai Land Department, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs, and Dubai Courts, offering a wide range of services including property valuation, data modification, map issuance, trade name reservations, business license issuance, renewal, and amendments, residency and related immigration services, contract attestation, legal translation, signature verification, and declaration services.

Moreover, the hub will offer real estate advisory and support through partnerships with leading Dubai property developers, helping UK investors explore and invest in Dubai’s real estate market with ease. This initiative is in line with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the vision to simplify business processes for international investors.

The continued appeal of Dubai to global investors is supported by a robust regulatory environment, which has been instrumental in Dubai being ranked as the world's top Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) destination for the fourth consecutive year in 2024. The selection of London for Dubai Hub was based on its global investor reach and strategic influence.
