Enpal Appoints Sarah Geschonke as Head of Public Affairs
Sarah Geschonke has taken on a new role at Enpal, a company known for its focus on clear and effective communication in public affairs. As of August 1, 2025, Geschonke now serves as the Head of Public Affairs, a newly created position within the company.
In this role, she reports directly to Markus Meyer, Vice President of Public & Regulatory Affairs at Enpal. Meyer, who has been with the company for some time, is a key figure in Enpal's operations.
Geschonke's journey with Enpal began in 2023, where she started as the Chief of Staff. Prior to this, she gained experience working as an office manager and personal assistant to Christian Lindner, a member of the German Bundestag, and as a scientific assistant to Bundestag member Ulrich Lange.
The public affairs department at Enpal plays an essential role in the company's operations, and Geschonke is a key figure in this department. As the Head of Public Affairs, she will be responsible for managing the public affairs activities at Enpal.
At 36 years old, Geschonke brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to her new role. Enpal is fortunate to have her on board, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact she will make in her new position.
