EntrepreneurialEducation Initiative Launches in Krasnodar Region for Youth
The "Young Entrepreneur School," a brainchild of Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy." This program has been thriving for four years, engaging over 11,000 individuals aged 18 to 35.
Alexander Ruppel, Krasnodar Krai Vice-Governor, shared that this project has birthed over 1,500 small and medium-sized businesses and about 1,000 graduates who've registered as self-employed.
Ruppel mentioned that the program has grown and transformed, now catering not only to aspiring entrepreneurs but also those who already have their own businesses.
Participants of this initiative have benefited substantially, securing approximately 150 million rubles in loans from the regional Microfinance Fund and 63.1 million rubles under guarantees from the Krasnodar Krai Business Development Fund. They've also received over 8.5 million rubles in subsidies to cover their costs.
The program's vision for the future involves intensifying practical training, integrating modern entrepreneurial tools, and broadening mentoring formats. Special emphasis will be placed on delivering expert consultations for individual support of each participant.
