Evoke Appoints Siddharth Dixit as New Chief Strategy Officer
Evoke has appointed Siddharth Dixit as its new Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Dixit, previously at Deloitte, is eager to contribute to Evoke's growth and value creation. CEO Per Widerström is confident in Dixit's abilities to drive the company's future.
Dixit will report directly to Widerström and join the Executive Committee. He brings extensive experience from international organizations like Deloitte, BCG, Accenture, Deliveroo, Anheuser-Busch, and The Economist. In his new role, Dixit will lead Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Business Development at Evoke.
Evoke plans to raise funds through bond sales via a subsidiary for debt refinancing. It also aims to secure a new credit facility and extend debt maturities, as part of its financial strategy.
