Exterro Launches AI-Powered Data Service for Cost-Effective Management

Exterro has launched Exterro Assist for Data, a new service on its Exterro Intelligence platform. This service offers unlimited Q&A and first matter topic classification for up to 250GB, saving customers significant costs compared to competitors.

Exterro Assist for Data is powered by agentic AI, making it the first production release of its kind within the Exterro Intelligence framework. This AI enables the service to process and classify 40,000 documents per hour, with domain-specific agents capable of completing tasks in mere seconds. This acceleration can boost workflows up to 400 times.

Mobile data now accounts for 75% of e-discovery cases. Exterro's agentic AI capabilities help tackle these challenges and enhance data risk management resilience. The service maintains high data control and security standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, FedRAMP, and HIPAA compliance, through a 'human in the loop' approach.

Exterro Assist for Data offers a cost-effective solution for data management, with unlimited Q&A and topic classification for up to 250GB. By 2025, Exterro Intelligence plans to support over 15 AI agents for privacy, governance, and forensics tasks, further expanding its capabilities.
