FanDuel purchases BeyondPlay in a recent announcement
In a strategic move to bolster its presence in the US iGaming market, FanDuel, the operator behind the #1 sportsbook and #2 iGaming brand in the US, has announced the acquisition of BeyondPlay, a B2B technology venture offering next-generation iGaming software.
The acquisition, which was finalised in Q4 2023, has notably enhanced FanDuel Casino’s offering in the US iGaming market. This is particularly evident through the launch of "FanDuel Casino Jackpots" progressive jackpot games in multiple regulated states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
By leveraging BeyondPlay’s jackpot platform and player engagement technology, FanDuel has been able to expand its casino games portfolio significantly, providing players access to over 150 jackpots and more than 2,000 slot games, along with exclusive titles and live dealer options.
This move solidifies FanDuel’s position as one of the top online casinos in the US by integrating BeyondPlay’s specialized jackpot infrastructure. The acquisition has resulted in a stronger, more diverse product lineup for FanDuel, appealing to a broader player base.
The acquisition has also introduced and expanded progressive jackpot games powered by BeyondPlay’s technology in multiple states. Enhanced competitiveness of FanDuel Casino has been achieved through exclusive jackpots and unique player incentives, such as no-wagering bonuses and rapid cashback.
