With an asset base of around 8.1 billion EUR and approximately 1,000 employees, Sparkasse Heidelberg is the largest Sparkasse in the region.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive advice on real estate financing, public funds, and building savings. They will support customers in achieving their dream home and be the point of contact throughout the mortgage process.
To qualify for the position, applicants should have completed a banking apprenticeship and further training as a bank business economist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication and team skills, show initiative and self-motivation, and have an affinity for digital media and openness to technical innovations.
In addition to the role's core responsibilities, the Mortgage Advisor will collaborate closely with advisors from various sales units to ensure holistic and needs-oriented advice. They will work in a service-oriented manner, meeting customers with professional enthusiasm and commitment to their concerns.
