Job Opportunity: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for Deposits/WpHG Audits at Sparkassenverband Baden-Württemberg (SVBW)

The Sparkassenverband Baden-Württemberg (SVBW), the interest-representing body of the largest credit-based financial group in the region, is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a focus on Deposits/WpHG audits for a role within its Audit Department.

The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and responsible field of activity, working in regional working groups and projects. The job requires a structured and goal-oriented approach to preparing complex issues, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team, excellent communication skills, organizational talent, and high social competence.

The role involves developing audit concepts, supporting ongoing audits, managing individual Sparkassen mandates, managing an audit team, and being a lecturer at specialist conferences and seminars in cooperation with the Sparkassenakademie. The job may also involve conducting the annual audit at a larger Sparkasse in the association area if necessary.
