GCB Names Greta Schulte as New Head of Government Affairs

German Credit Bank (GCB) has appointed Greta Schulte as its new Head of Government and Public Affairs, effective November 1. Schulte succeeds Andreas Gruber, who took up the role of Chief Sustainability Officer on March 1, 2023.

Schulte will report directly to Karsten Traum, who serves as both the Head of Corporate Development and Solutions and the GCB's General Representative. Prior to joining GCB, Schulte held prominent positions in the financial sector. She was a board member and previously served as Secretary General at the European FinTech Association. Before that, she gained experience in Government & Public Affairs at the online bank N26.

Details about Schulte's former or current leadership roles at other companies are yet to be officially published.

Greta Schulte brings a wealth of experience in the financial sector to her new role at GCB. Her background in FinTech and Government & Public Affairs is expected to strengthen the bank's strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
