With KFC Romania leading the charge, the company's financial performance flourished. KFC Romania's expansion – with five new units added to the network – bolstered overall performance and revenue growth. KFC Romania posted an astounding net profit of over RON 100 million, marking a 15.5% increase from 2023, and a robust EBITDA margin of 13.3%.

Taco Bell: Explosive Potential

Taco Bell further strengthened its profitability, reporting a restaurant operating profit of RON 9.54 million (+60%) and a near six-fold increase in net profit (+496.3%) compared to the previous year. The EBITDA margin remained healthy at 10.5%, demonstrating the network's operational efficiency and long-term potential. The brand's third and fourth-quarter sales surged, skyrocketing in popularity among the younger demographic.

The fourth quarter of 2024 turned out to be a record-breaking period for the company. With quarterly sales exceeding the RON 400 million threshold for the second time in the Group's history (RON 405 million, +2.7% compared to Q4 2023), all brands saw sales increases in Q4 2024 versus Q4 2023, save for a slight decrease of 0.5% for Pizza Hut. KFC Moldova enjoyed a particularly impressive evolution, generating RON 7.1 million in sales, a 25.9% increase compared to the same period in 2023.

Performance Beyond the BET Index

Sphera Franchise Group shares appreciated significantly in 2024, significantly outperforming the BET index's 8.78% growth. With a total return of 65%, SFG shareholders enjoyed a robust performance compared to the BET-TR index, which increased by 16.15% in 2024.
