Deffee, a renowned expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion, will focus on enhancing LamontCo's LiveCon hospitality services, particularly within the sports segment.
Deffee brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having served on advisory boards and assisted diversity organizations. He is known for ensuring that all voices are heard and events are executed with equity. Starting his official duties on October 1, 2025, Deffee will collaborate with LamontCo's Associates, Partners, and Customers to grow the sports segment for LiveCon.
Deffee's expertise extends to event planning and technology support for global customers. His skills in site selection and event execution are already benefiting sports tournament customers. Despite being based in the Phoenix, Arizona Metro area, Deffee travels globally to support customers and partners.
