Turn the dial for some juicy real estate gossip! The Obama family's former go-to vacation spot, Blue Heron Farm, on Martha's Vineyard, is now up for grabs with a jaw-dropping price tag of $39 million.

Architect extraordinaire Norman Foster and his clan have decided to auction off this luxurious 30-acre property on the Massachusetts island. The sprawling estate boasts private waterfront access on Tisbury Great Pond, not to mention rolling pastures, gardens, horse-riding facilities, and apple orchards.

Maggie Gold Seelig of MGS Group Real Estate and Brian Dougherty of Corcoran Property Advisors have the privilege to sell this heavenly abode on behalf of the Fosters.

So what does $39 million get you exactly? The main residence occupies around 7,000 square feet, and there's even a separate guesthouse with five bedrooms. The package deal also includes a large barn, boat house, and modern amenities designed to cater to an active lifestyle, such as a tennis court, basketball court, and riding rings.

Since acquiring the estate in 2011, the Fosters have gone on to renovate the property extensively. Apart from adding a pool and nearby pool house, they also revamped the main house and redesigned portions of the grounds.

In case you're wondering, the Obamas had rented Blue Heron Farm from its previous owners during summers of 2009 to 2011. After their fond vacation memories of Martha's Vineyard, the former first family decided to buy their very own Martha's Vineyard property in 2019, reportedly for $11.65 million.

Meanwhile, the Fosters are still the proud owners of Blue Heron Farm until they find a buyer to sweep them off their feet and take over this glamorous slice of paradise.

With all the talks about the Obamas' marriage, it's nice to see Mrs. Obama addressing the divorce rumors head-on. During an interview on "The Diary of a CEO" podcast, she bluntly stated, "if I were having problems with my husband, everybody would know about it." Our thoughts exactly, Michelle!
