Stager's impressive background includes serving as chief master sergeant and senior enlisted leader of the 439th Civil Engineer Squadron in the U.S. Air Force. He also held the position of high voltage electrical supervisor at Hanscom Air Force Base. His expertise in electrical safety is further bolstered by his role as a compliance safety and health officer with OSHA, where he was recognised for his proficiency in this area and fall hazard prevention.
