Meyers Manx Unveils Electric Resorter at 'The Quail'

Meyers Manx is set to unveil its latest electric vehicle, the Resorter, at 'The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering' on August 18, 2023. This contemporary reinterpretation of a 1970s classic combines the brand's heritage with modern electric car technology.

The Resorter is a spacious two-seater, featuring a larger chassis that doubles passenger capacity and increases cargo space for enhanced usability. It's an offroad-ready vehicle, having undergone R&D testing in Baja California, and boasts a dual-motor drivetrain for easy towing and navigating steep hills and rough terrain.

Meyers Manx sees the Resorter as a revival of its local community aspect. Phillip Sarofim, Chairman of Meyers Manx, envisions it as a vehicle that can serve luxury resorts and tropical locales, with the company optimizing it for fleet users. The Resorter is part of Meyers Manx's growing electric car lineup, which also includes the Meyers Manx 2.0 EV. Richard Gauntlett, Head of Brand, and Freeman Thomas, CEO, are excited about the Resorter's potential in resort towns.

The Resorter, a modern take on a classic Meyers Manx vehicle, will make its debut at 'The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering'. With its increased capacity, offroad capabilities, and electric powertrain, it's poised to make a splash in the luxury resort and fleet markets.
