South Ural Pensioners to Receive One-Time Payments
Governor Alexei Teksler of South Ural has directed the distribution of one-time payments to eligible pensioners in the region. According to the regional ministry of social relations, over 845,000 South Ural residents will receive these payments.
The one-time payments are intended for South Ural residents who will reach the age of 55 (for women) and 60 (for men) by October 1, 2025. This includes both current pensioners and those who will become pensioners within that timeframe.
The payments are not affected by the method of receiving the pension, whether it be through the post office or a credit institution. Pensioners can receive the one-time payments in the same way as their regular pensions.
The payments are not dependent on the type of pension received or the specific month of retirement within August and September. Pensioners who retire in August and September will receive their one-time payments after October 1.
As of today, assistance has been directed to 828,174 citizens in the total amount of 662.5 million rubles. The total amount of one-time payments for all recipients, including those retiring in August and September, remains over 662.5 million rubles.
