New kindergarten on Omsk's Moscow Street sets exterior design
Building efforts will be funded privately, not by city budget funds in Omsk.
Developer "Dogma" will construct a daycare center in a new microdistrict using their own funds.
As announced on Monday, May 5, 2025, the daycare center, accommodating 290 children, should be completed in May 2027 in the Svetlovskoy district, which is on Novoy Moskovke, and will be part of the Snegyri housing complex. The three-story building will have a total area of 5,300 m². Dogma has already received a positive review from an expert assessment of the daycare center's project.
A reminder, OOO "Specialized Developer Dogma-Omsk" signed a tripartite agreement in March 2022 between the regional government, then headed by Alexander Burkov, the Omsk administration, and the developer.
By the end of 2034, the built-up area in the Snegyri region, as reported in the regional Ministry of Education, should reach 348,000 m², which is 7,577 apartments. In addition, Dogma should *neaten up*** the nearby birch forest and carry out compensatory reforestation areas.

The construction of this daycare center, which will occupy approximately 5,300 m², is expected to be completed by May 2027, as per the project's expert review. It was also revealed that the necessary funds for the project will be obtained privately, not from the city budget funds. The nearby birch forest is slated for neatening up by Dogma as part of their compensatory reforestation efforts.
