NRA Revitalizes with New Leadership Team to Protect Gun Owners' Rights
The National Rifle Association (NRA) is rebuilding and growing, with a new leadership team in place to drive success and protect gun owners' rights. The organisation has seen a reduction in staff numbers over the past six years, but it's now focusing on reinvesting and expanding its divisions with the support of its members.
Cole McCulloch, a USMC veteran, has taken the helm of the NRA's Competitive Shooting Division, aiming to revitalise it following pandemic-related shutdowns. The NRA expects gains across all divisions in 2025, reflecting a resurgence in its fortunes.
Josh Savani, previously leading NRA-ILA's Research and Information Division, is now the executive director of NRA General Operations. James P. Carter, another USMC veteran, has returned to the NRA as executive director of the Office of Advancement after a career in various industries. Derek Robinson is leading the Membership Division to strengthen the bond between members and the association.
The NRA has hired a team of exceptional individuals to safeguard and promote gun owners' freedom. John Commerford, previously NRA-ILA's Chief of Operations, is now the executive director of the NRA Institute for Legislative Action.
The NRA's new leadership team, comprising veterans and industry professionals, signals a commitment to reinvigorating the organisation and serving its members. With each member considered an integral part of the organisation, like a strong body working towards a common goal, the NRA looks set to continue protecting and promoting gun owners' rights.
