Ann Garreaud has taken on a new role at Ogilvy as its Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in New York. In this position, she will oversee all financial and commercial operations across Ogilvy’s global network and serve as a member of WPP’s finance leadership team.

The experienced executive, who previously held the position of executive vice president at Publicis Groupe, brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic leadership to her new role. Her 25 years of experience at Publicis Groupe, including leadership roles in global client finance, Publicis Health, Publicis Worldwide, and joint ventures, will be instrumental in bringing innovative thinking to Ogilvy’s financial and commercial models.

Under the new organisational structure, Grey, another WPP-owned agency, will now report its financial results through Ogilvy instead of directly to WPP. This change, which took effect in May 2025, is a shift in financial reporting lines and not a merger; Grey remains an independent agency operationally. As Ogilvy CFO, Garreaud will oversee Grey’s financial operations, but the agency’s creative and business teams will continue to operate as a standalone brand.
