But before you get too relieved, it's essential to remember that the overall prices in Saxony, compared to last year, are still expected to be 2.3% higher, with food and non-alcoholic beverages rising by 3.2%, alcoholic beverages and tobacco by 4.1%, and education and accommodation services, too, experiencing an increase. On the bright side, the cost of plants and flowers has not seen that growth, with a modest rise of 7.1% at the start of the gardening season.
