Project Tasks for Fresh Endeavors • Rocketbrush Studio

At Procore, we strive to make the project experience as smooth as possible for both our clients and ourselves. Here's a brief overview of the rules we follow in our new projects:

  1. Project Initiation
  2. We use the Project Creation Assistant, which can be launched via our Portfolio tool.
  3. Essential project details such as name, code, estimated value, and start date are filled in.
  4. You can add or remove tools from the project toolbox as needed.
  5. Project cost codes are also added.
  6. The project directory is updated, and drawings, specifications, and the project schedule are uploaded.
  7. Milestones
  8. Milestones are defined as specific achievement points in the project timeline to track progress.
  9. These are not detailed in this article, but they are an essential part of our project management process.
  10. Approval Process
  11. The approval process is not specified in detail, but it typically involves stakeholder reviews before moving to the next phase.
  12. Report Requirements
  13. Regular updates are provided to ensure alignment and maintain quality standards.
  14. Reports may be given daily or with each update, and client feedback is expected at the client's convenience to stay within the agreed schedule.
  15. Payment Terms
  16. The payment terms are usually defined in the project contract or the platform's terms.
  17. In some cases, a 50% advance payment for the milestone can be agreed upon, with the remaining 50% paid after approval of the final results but before exports.
  18. Publication Policy
  19. The publication policy depends on project confidentiality and stakeholder agreements.
  20. We always check with the client first before publishing the results of our work in our portfolio to avoid untimely exposure of the assets.
  21. Creative Process
  22. The creative process involves multiple stages, with client approval sought before moving on to the next stage.
  23. The first stage involves creating a sketch or rough outline of the asset for client approval.
  24. Clients can provide edits as long as they don't contradict the initial specifications during the first stage.
  25. The next stage usually involves the final form of the asset, with minor changes allowed at this point.
  26. The files are exported once everything is approved.

For exact payment terms, approval workflow, report formats, and publication policies, consulting the official website or contacting our support would be necessary. Please note that under no circumstances can exports be submitted before they are paid for.

We hope this guide has been helpful. If you have any questions regarding these Terms of Work, feel free to contact your dedicated Project Manager.

In the business aspect of Procore, we implement clear finance policies such as setting specific payment terms and requiring an advance payment for milestones, while striving to maintain a lifestyle-friendly approach by allowing flexible report schedules and accommodating client feedback.
