The district of Wolfenbüttel has announced a free online lecture and consultation aimed at educating homeowners about energy-efficient home renovations. The event, which is part of the statewide initiative 'Energy Transition at Home', is scheduled to take place on September 29, from 5 to 7 pm.

During the lecture, participants will learn about various topics related to energy-efficient home renovations, including insulating building envelopes, replacing old windows, and understanding funding programs. The lecture aims to help homeowners identify energy weaknesses in their residential buildings and learn how to save money, lower heating costs, and increase living comfort through these renovations.

Following the lecture, there will be a group consultation with independent experts from the Consumer Center Lower Saxony. These experts will provide personalised consultations, covering topics such as insulation materials, technical details, and specific house peculiarities. Each consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes, and participants will have the opportunity to ask their individual questions directly to the experts.

Homeowners can arrange for a free individual consultation by phone at 0800/809 802 400 or 05331/84 7823. Further information about the consultations can be found online.

It is important to note that both the lecture and consultation do not focus on advertisements but rather on providing educational information. Participation in the lecture is free, but online registration is required.

In Wolfenbüttel and Schöppenstedt, individual energy efficiency renovation consultations for residential buildings are typically offered by local energy agencies, municipal environmental offices, or regional energy consultancies. These consultations often occur on scheduled dates announced by the respective institutions, usually during weekdays or specific campaign periods.

The district of Wolfenbüttel's initiative is a great opportunity for all homeowners interested in energy-efficient home renovations to gain valuable insights and advice from experts in the field. Don't miss out on this chance to make your home more energy-efficient and reduce your carbon footprint. Register now for the online lecture and consultation on energy-efficient home renovations!
