Protecdiv Bolsters Leadership with Key Appointments

Protecdiv has bolstered its leadership team with several key appointments. In September, Cate DelaCruz was promoted to Executive Vice President and Head of Analytics. Meanwhile, Michelle Monaghan, the current CEO of Euclid Mortgage Insurance Services, LLC, joined the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Earlier in the year, Protecdiv welcomed Sandra Thompson, the former Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), as an Independent Director in June. Tamika Puckett and David Castillo joined as Executive Vice Presidents, heading the Public Sector Practice and National Construction Practice, respectively, both in May.

Michelle Monaghan brings a wealth of experience to the Board, having spent over two decades at Aon in senior leadership roles. Her appointment is part of Protecdiv's initiative to strengthen its governance and advisory capabilities. Kael Coleman, Protecdiv's CEO, praised Monaghan's addition, highlighting her expertise and strategic insights.

These appointments reflect Protecdiv's commitment to enhancing its leadership and expertise. With DelaCruz's promotion and the addition of Thompson, Puckett, Castillo, and Monaghan, the company is well-positioned to navigate the complex challenges in its sectors.
