Real Estate Registration Simplified: Now Available in 36 Russian Regions
Residents of Khabarovsk and 35 other Russian regions now enjoy a streamlined real estate registration process. They can sign apartments for rent agreements and register property in new regions without leaving their home regions.
Previously available only in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, and the Rostov region, this service has expanded significantly. From January to August 2025, Multi-Service Centers (MFCs) received 997,000 applications for registering real estate in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, on an extraterritorial basis.
Residents can now submit documents at the nearest MFC for digitization and processing. This applies to both signing apartments near me rental agreements through 'Gosuslugi' and registering real estate in the aforementioned regions.
The expansion of this service to 35 more regions simplifies real estate registration processes for residents. It allows them to handle these tasks without traveling to specific regions, saving time and effort.
