Burger joint Red Robin Gourmet Burgers has been on a revitalization journey, shaking things up and discovering innovative methods to maintain faithful patrons and attract new fans since last year. In the chilly months of January 2023, it unveiled its "North Star" five-step strategy to create lasting shareholder value, and teamed up with the fashionable Juicy Couture to design a more delectable apparel collection, called "juicier."

Following the signing of the creative powerhouse, Carmichael Lynch, as its official advertising agency, Red Robin intends to speed up its progress. The agency was selected by Red Robin after a rigorous internal review, as the chain continues to pour resources into enhancing the overall guest experience.

Red Robin welcomed Kevin Mayer, its new chief marketing officer, into the fold in the initial stages of the transition process last year.

While the partnership between Red Robin, Juicy Couture, and Carmichael Lynch for rebranding and improving the guest experience remains unclear—both Juicy Couture and Carmichael Lynch being well-established in their respective spheres—an improvement in brand identity, customer service, and innovative marketing strategies are commonly employed in such endeavors within the hospitality sector.
