Regional stage of competition results to be declared for Kamchatka
The All-Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" concluded recently in Kamchatka Krai, showcasing outstanding practices in social responsibility towards employees and society. The event attracted participation from enterprises across various sectors, including the fish industry, gas transportation complex, construction industry, and social institutions.
In the non-production sector, focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle, the Kamchatka State Autonomous Institution "Multipurpose Rehabilitation Center" emerged victorious. Meanwhile, in the category of reducing injuries and occupational diseases, the Kamchatka State Autonomous Institution "Complex Center for Social Service of the Population of Viluchinsky District" took first place, with the Kamchatka State Autonomous Institution "Kamchatka Social Rehabilitation Center for Minors" securing second place.
However, the winner in the production sector category of the regional competition remains undetermined as of the time of this report, with official announcements yet to be made.
In the production sector, LLC "Rybholkam" was awarded first place for creating and developing jobs. Notably, Kamchatka Line Production Management of Main Pipelines (LPPU) of LLC "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk" swept all three categories in the production sector, triumphing in reducing injuries and occupational diseases, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and supporting large families.
The expert working group of the competition decided to send Kamchatka LPPU of LLC "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk" to the federal stage, as it scored the maximum number of points - 123.
Nataliya Nitsenko, Minister of Labor and Human Resources Development of Kamchatka Krai, emphasised the importance of the regional competition, praising the efforts of the participating organisations for their commitment to social responsibility and employee welfare.
The award ceremony for the winners and participants of the regional stage of the "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" competition will take place in the fall during the meeting of the regional tripartite commission for regulating social and labor relations. The event will undoubtedly serve as a platform to recognise and celebrate the achievements of these forward-thinking organisations.
