Role Supervisor in Environmental Interaction
In the dynamic world of blockchain and decentralized applications, ConsenSys, a leading blockchain and web3 software company, is on the hunt for an Ecosystem Engagement Manager (EEM) to bolster its presence in the Web3 space.
The EEM's primary role at ConsenSys will be to build, maintain, and deepen relationships with decentralized applications (dapps) and service providers within the blockchain ecosystem. This vital position acts as a key liaison between MetaMask, ConsenSys' major wallet product, and its significant dapp partners, ensuring mutual understanding of requirements and roadmaps for potential co-development opportunities.
Key responsibilities of the EEM include establishing and nurturing relationships with dapps, implementing success programs to support dapp growth, managing dapp success projects, leading conflict resolution, contributing to sales and business development efforts, analysing client interactions and feedback, and driving ecosystem engagement strategies.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong Web3 ecosystem awareness, excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, familiarity with CRM systems, database management, and collaboration tools, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and comfort working remotely with a global team and a global community across global time zones, in English and potentially in multiple other languages.

The EEM role requires 4+ years of work experience in a relationship-focused account management role, developer community management, program management, growth or similar. The salary range for US-based candidates for the EEM role is $138,000-$183,000 USD.
