Russia's Herring Fillet Exports to Belarus Surge by 120% in 2025

This year, Russia's herring fillet exports to Belarus have more than doubled compared to the same period last year. Russia, in turn, is the leading exporter of commodity products, including fish products, to Belarus.
The total value of Russia's herring fillet exports to Belarus in January-August 2025 reached approximately 17 million USD. This figure indicates a substantial growth in trade between the two countries in the fish industry.
