Russia's 'Productivity 360' Forum Aims to Transform Social Sector by 2030
The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Federal Competence Center are joining forces to host the 'Productivity 360' forum. This year's event, taking place in Moscow from November 6 to 7, aims to integrate lean management tools into the social security sphere by 2030.
The forum, now in its seventh year, brings together representatives from the national project 'Effective and Competitive Economy'. Over two days, attendees will discuss strategies to boost labor productivity and implement lean technologies in social institutions. Denis Tyupshev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development, believes these methods will enhance efficiency and adaptability.
Acting Minister of Economy of the region, Alexei Yurtayev, sees the forum as a platform to scale successful practices from the business sector to the social sphere. Participants can expect interactive sessions like master classes and business games to engage with these new tools.
