SES Appoints Joseph Cohen to Board, Boosts Dividend Promise
SES has appointed a new member to its Board of Games, Joseph Cohen, as part of its commitment to diversity and strengthening its leadership. This move follows the stepping down of Kaj-Erik Relander from the board.
Joseph Cohen, Co-Founding Partner of Trilantic Europe, joined SES's Board of Games on September 26, 2025. His appointment is part of SES's pledge to enhance its board with varied expertise.
SES has also announced an improved dividend policy. Shareholders can expect a payment of at least €0.25 per share in April 2026. This commitment to shareholder returns was demonstrated with a dividend of 25 Euro-cents paid on October 16th, 2025.
