Shikha Rajput appointed as Head of Legal in JSW Greentech organization

Rajput, who graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai, brings over a decade of experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, real estate, and legal advisory in the manufacturing sector to her new position.
Before joining JSW Greentech, Rajput was Senior Manager - Legal at The Phoenix Mills, where she handled transaction structuring, due diligence, and contract drafting for large retail and leasing projects. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years at Asian Paints as Assistant Manager – Legal, managing nationwide consumer disputes, ensuring compliance, and leading commercial contract negotiations.
JSW Greentech Limited focuses on developing, operating, and scaling green technology solutions across sectors. In her role at JSW Greentech, Rajput will lead legal functions relevant to these operations.
