Translates to: "Volkswagen will be abolishing the collective bargaining agreement 1 with its special working time regulations for certain employees, effective July 1. All full-time VW employees shall now work a weekly average of 35 hours. Exceptions will be made for employees in partial retirement." As per a report in the "Braunschweigische Zeitung".

The Changes Sail Past Some

This significant modification is part of the future collective bargaining agreement from December 20, 2024. The VW master agreement has been revised accordingly. However, a select group of workers won't be impacted by these changes.
