SMART Balustrades Welcomes Two New Team Members for 2021 Growth Push

SMART Balustrades, a Staffordshire-based specialist in handrails and balustrades, has welcomed two new members to its growing team. Sukhi Bassi, a CAD technician, and Paul Heston, a production operative, join at a pivotal time as the company aims for 35% year-on-year growth in 2021.

Sukhi Bassi, armed with a degree in Building Survey and a master's in Building Information Modelling, brings six years of industry experience to SMART Balustrades. Bassi is excited to streamline business processes and contribute to creative and compliant solutions, product development, and order processing. The company, which experienced sustained demand in both commercial and residential sectors in 2020, is delighted to have Bassi on board.

Paul Heston, with over 20 years of manufacturing experience, will produce a range of SMART Balustrade products. He joins the team as a production operative, working at the company's in-house production facility in Burntwood. Heston is eager to take on the new challenge, contributing to the company's high-quality manufacturing team.
