St. Modwen Starts Work on Chamberhall Business Park, Creating 400 Jobs in Bury
St. Modwen has started work on Chamberhall Business Square, a 17-acre site off the A56 in Bury. The scheme, approved in 2019, is part of the company's largest-ever industrial and logistics pipeline. It's expected to create up to 400 jobs, supporting Bury Council's 'Bury But Better' strategy.
The development, a partnership between St. Modwen and Lindum Group, will consist of 14 units ranging from 2,500 to 25,000 sq ft. More than half of these units are already under offer, with CBRE as the chosen real estate agency for contact. The first phase, comprising 130,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space, is underway and expected to complete in September.
Agent enquiries for the park should be directed to Knight Frank and Nolan Redshaw. The scheme is part of St. Modwen's 1.6m sq ft national pipeline, demonstrating their commitment to the sector.
Chamberhall Business Square, strategically located just off the A56, is set to boost Bury's economy with up to 400 new jobs. With more than half of its units already under offer and construction well underway, the park is poised to make a significant impact.
